I'm using IE8. Is that a problem?

Go to IEPreferences>Base Settings and check the box for "Show Last Visited Pages", or use the in-built "about:Tabs" page and select "Resume last browsing session".

I'm having the same problem. I already have "Show Last Visited Pages" selected. When I start the session back up, it only shows one of the previously opened tabs. If I do the "about:tabs", then select "Resume last browsing session", that works, but why doesn't IE7Pro work?

Also, before I close IE, I do a "Session Manager/Save Sessions". At the time, I have 8 tabs open. However, when I try to load that session again, there is only one tab listed in that session file.

This is a new install on Windows XP SP2, running IE8 and IE7Pro 2.4.7.

I faced the same problem, unfortunately its not fixed also in current verion: 2.4.7. Scanning and saving sessions of all iexplore.exe processes not only current will probably fix this problem.

There is easy way of fixing this while this is not fixed in IE7Pro plugin:

Unfortunately after apply this REG number of IE processes will be limited to 2 (1st for IE window, 2nd for tabs) and in case of problem of one process all tabs will be crashed, so use this FIX as temporary solution. Deletion of key: TabProcGrowth will apply default settings.
